Rolesia is a free, fun and strategic web simulation for all who enjoy strategy
simulations, and for all wishing to discover and understand the policy tools
on offer to Governments and Central Banks around the world.
The purpose of the software is to help the world-wide population understand
the complexity of the world economy, and also to understand the power
behind governments’ fiscal and the central banks’ monetary policies.

Before you start the simulation there are some facts you will need to know:
The President in this game has more powers than is usually the case in
democracies, and thus you will not need to make political deals to have your
budget approved. In reality you cannot simulate policies three times a year
nor can you continue to change the interest rates, even after joining the
EURO Zone after 1999.
In this simulation you are the decision-maker both for
the Government and for the Central Bank. However, both can stop you if
your policies are considered counter-productive.
Rolesia offers a tool that can also train employees on a macroeconomic level.
It is a fun way to learn and offers possibilities for teams to compete against
each other. The coach can oversee the teams’ progress and view the results
in order to intervene, should it be necessary.

The Rolesia WEB Standard is a free version of the software.
It is available to all and can be used for as long as your simulation lasts.
This software version
is identical to Rolesia WEB Professional except for the following features:
+ You can use the simulation for 30 days for free
+ There will be advertisements in order to help finance the free offering of
the software.
+ When the simulation has come to an end, your simulation cannot be
renewed and your simulation will automatically be deleted after 30 days.
+ There will be advertisements in order to help finance the free offering of
the software.
+ Your nickname will be preceded by the prefix demo, i.e. if you call yourself
John, then your nickname will be demojohn.
+ You are not entitled to support. You can, however, consult the forum.
+ It is free
Tip: When your simulation has come to an end, you can create a new free
account. If you would like to support the website, you can also upgrade to
the inexpensive Professional Version or make a small donation.

The Rolesia WEB Professional provides you with all the features contained in
the Web Standard Version, as well as the following features and services:
+ Your simulation can be deleted and a new one created anytime and as
often as you wish
+ When your licence has expired you still have 60 days to renew it before all
the data is deleted.
+ There are no advertisements.
+ Your nickname will remain the same.
+ You can receive support whenever you need it.
+ It is not free but it is affordable and helps finance the expenses related to
the operation and provision of this simulation. If you feel it is too expensive,
